Nedd is the Founder and President of IDM Group LLC and is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a remarkable journey that began as a prep cook at a Utah ski resort. Throughout his career, Nedd has established his expertise, from successfully managing a 550-room resort on the Big Island of Hawaii to developing and operating Eagle Harbor Inn in Ephraim, Wisconsin.
Nedd works closely with the Executive Committee for IDM Hospitality Management, overseeing the company's day-to-day operations support team. His focus extends to expanding the company's leadership training offerings and leading the opening services efforts for all new projects. With a passion for creating successful and collaborative cultures, Nedd draws upon extensive firsthand industry knowledge gained as both an operator of boutique hotels and the visionary founder/operational leader of one of the top specialized hospitality companies in the country.
