Becky’s career at IDM spans two decades. Currently serving as the Payroll & People Services Director, she has provided support and leadership in many capacities, making her a powerful resource with the IDM leadership team. Her extensive knowledge of the portfolio and its growth uniquely positions her to support IDM's departments in achieving peak performance. Collaborating closely with IDM leadership, Becky plays a key role in shaping the company's overall direction and managing the strategic plan, utilizing a broad range of skills that significantly influence the future.
As the Payroll and People Services Director, Becky is responsible for prioritizing IDM’s most valuable resources – our associates. She takes great pride in the care given to those working in the industry and demonstrates thoughtfulness though some of the most mundane of functions, like payroll. She is actively celebrating milestones and accomplishments with the property teams while also creating educational opportunities for the leaders. Becky also contributes to the ongoing development of IDM brand growth, fostering and sharing her soft skills and institutional knowledge throughout the portfolio.
A graduate in Hospitality & Tourism from UW-Stout, Becky's journey includes working with community tourism agencies and serving as the General Manager for several Midwest hotels before joining IDM in 2004. Her remarkable contributions were recognized by the Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association in 2017 when she was named Corporate Champion of the Year. Becky's extensive expertise and leadership continue to shape IDM's success within the hospitality landscape.
