KAITLYN DUVE, PEOPLE OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Kaitlyn joins IDM as the People Operations Support Specialist in 2024. She collaborates closely with both the People Operations and Accounting teams, bringing a diverse background and valuable experience to her role. Before joining IDM, Kaitlyn resided in the greater Milwaukee area, where she served as an Economic Development volunteer with the Peace Corps and worked as an HR Specialist in the non-profit sector. Her educational background includes a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, along with certifications in Grant Writing and Non-profit Management.
Outside of IDM, Kaitlyn is an enthusiastic concert-goer and yogi, prioritizing quality time with family and friends. She shares a special connection with her 1-year-old niece, who happens to share the same birthday as her, adding an extra layer of joy to her life.
