ALYSSA GRAVES, DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE SERVICES
Alyssa Graves joins the IDM team as the Director of People Services in April of 2024. Graduating with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a BBA in Human Resource Management and Psychology, Alyssa's background uniquely equips her to navigate the complexities of human resources with a deep understanding of human behavior.
Alyssa is known for her innovative strategies and proactive approach to people and business operations. Her ambition and dedication have positioned her as a powerhouse in HR, driving initiatives that foster inclusive and thriving work environments.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Alyssa enjoys spending quality time with her cat, significant other, friends, and family. When she is out of office, you can find her out on the lake, hitting the golf course, or watching scary movies.
