Jessica's career in the hospitality industry is marked by progressive leadership roles. She began her journey as a Front Desk Agent at Blue Harbor Resort, where she honed her skills in guest services. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion as a Sales Coordinator, and later, as a Sales Manager, where she was responsible for driving sales strategies and managing client relationships. Jessica further advanced her career at The Plaza Hotel Milwaukee, serving as the Assistant General Manager. In this capacity, she oversaw daily operations, coordinated with various departments, and ensured exceptional guest experiences.
In her current role at IDM, Jessica conducts bi-annual quality assurance audits, facilitates comprehensive training programs, and collaborates on updating company-wide standard operating procedures. She also plays a pivotal role in financial compliance, reputation management, and capital projects, ensuring that all properties maintain the highest levels of service and operational efficiency.
Jessica holds a degree in Resort Management from Lakeland University and is an alumna of the Disney College Program, reflecting her strong educational foundation in hospitality management.
