Phillip Mattsson-Boze, Corporate Director, Data Strategies
Phillip Mattsson-Boze serves as Corporate Director of Development for IDM Hospitality. He is responsible for leading development projects to the point of successful opening, working with key stakeholders in the process.
Phillip works in partnership with ownership groups to execute specific project goals and objectives, leveraging his extensive industry background to develop beautiful, efficient, and profitable hotel operations.
Phillip joined IDM Hospitality in 2019 as a General Manager prior to serving in his current role. Before IDM, Phillip held multiple operational leadership positions and has worked extensively with Hilton, Marriott, and Choice brands.
Phillip received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife Vanessa and two sons, Eli and Soren.
