Dan Lombardi holds the role of Corporate Director of Rooms at IDM, focusing on excellence in Guest Services and Quality Assurance and maintaining top-tier standards of Condition & Cleanliness across our diverse portfolio. His objectives center on supporting hotel general managers and department heads to deliver memorable guest experiences, fostering long-term loyalty.
Dan is a team builder and a polished servant leader, consistently leading by example, and serving as a role model for both corporate and property-based associates. With a career spanning 15 years with Hilton Hotels and 7 years with Hyatt Hotels, Dan brings experience in hotel operations and multi-unit/brand management.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys golfing and fishing with his family during the summer, while winter provides generous time for reading and watching old movies. He is also a devoted fan of American Players Theatre in Spring Green, WI, and the UW Arboretum in Madison.
