Samantha Bausch, Accounts Payable Property Accountant
Samantha Bausch brings more than 12 years of accounting and administrative experience to her role as Accounts Payable Property Accountant at IDM Hospitality Management. With an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and prior experience in general accounting at the DoubleTree Hotel, she has built a strong foundation in hospitality finance and developed a comprehensive understanding of financial operations within the industry.
At IDM, Samantha manages accounts payable functions for both hotel properties and the corporate office. She oversees billing processes, ensures timely and accurate payments, maintains organized invoicing systems, and supports property leaders and staff. Her expertise also extends to 1099 processing, enforcing financial and inventory controls, and assisting with month-end close procedures. Known for her precision and organizational skills, she leverages her proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to streamline processes and maintain accuracy across financial records.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys camping near Montello, Wisconsin, with her husband and their two dogs. She loves hiking, kayaking, and motorcycle rides, while also finding balance through yoga and relaxing with a good Netflix series.
