A Cambridge, WI native, Jesse returned home from the West Coast in 2014. His background offers multiple Michelin two-star restaurant experience both in the US and Europe. More recently Jesse also served as Chef de Cuisine at Google in the California Silicon Valley. While culinary is an intentional path for him, Jesse has a unique passion for gardening as his home features a garden of more than 250 fabric pots. Understanding product sourcing and production methods provides Jesse a keen ability to use the best possible ingredients in menu preparation.
His diverse background affords a dynamic opportunity in his role at IDM. It is his primary effort to assist in the Food & Beverage functions at our properties in an effort to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising. Maximizing the F&B profitability is core to his support role. Jesse’s hospitality pride outside of the kitchen will contribute to a strong culture of hospitality to our operations. His perspective and comprehension of the role food plays in our businesses provides a strong platform which will simultaneously enhance the established brand of the F&B experience and drive profits.
A devout Green Bay Packers fan, Jesse supports animal welfare causes and is father to a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
